Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree
The job requires Male applicants.
Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position

With experience in shifting schedules.
Knowledgeable in machine maintenance.
With strong experience in machine operation.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Duties and pertaining tasks in each process of ceramic capacitors
Measuring using measuring instruments, conversion of contraction percentage to the firing actual temperature, controlling records, and educational training
Proposal and implementation of process improvements (on safety, quality, and efficiency)
Training of technical intern trainees
Analysis of accumulated operating conditions to improve machine performance.
Daily and periodic inspections of production equipment, measurement, data input, return to normal operation of production equipment, component replacement, adjustment, and maintenance.
Experience in process control and improvement.
Experience in human resources training.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in working in the shifting (Day and Night).
