IOI was inducted into this select group called ASPROE – the Association for Professionalism in Overseas Employment, Inc. - August of 2009. The organization's main thrusts are to establish and maintain professional standards and ethical business practices in the overseas employment industry as well as protect the overseas Filipino worker and optimize the benefits of this industry for the Philippine economy.

Another testament to IOI's commitment to quality is its having been certified ISO 9001 compliant just 36 months into its operations. IOI's processes in contract management, purchasing, sourcing, recruitment, deployment, and payroll have been certified robust and open to continuous improvement by QAS International Limited which has granted the ISO certification to IOI during the first week of August 2010. IOI's processes have been re-certified ISO compliant since then. And just this October 2017, IOI has been re-certified to the newest standard, i.e. ISO 9001:2015 version, way ahead of the deadline set by QAS for 2018.
