About the Role:
We are looking for qualified Civil Engineers to support construction and infrastructure projects in Japan. The role involves site supervision, project coordination, quality checking, and assisting with technical documentation. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work with project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, drawings, and technical specifications
- Assist in site supervision and daily construction monitoring
- Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and site personnel
- Prepare progress reports and documentation
- Check materials, workmanship, and site activities for quality compliance
- Support safety procedures and ensure work follows project standards
- Identify site issues and assist in recommending corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, or project coordination is an advantage
- Applicants must be physically fit and willing to work overseas
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction drawings and technical documentation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with multicultural project teams
- Basic knowledge of Japanese workplace standards is an advantage
- Willing to undergo employer interview and document processing
