Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least College Level (Undergraduate)
The job requires both Male and Female applicants.
Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for this position
Applicants must be 25 to 45 years old.

  • Solid knowledge of conveyor systems and products
  • Ability to identify, repair, and replace damaged conveyor belts and rubber components
  • Skilled with industry-specific tools
  • Proficiency with glues and adhesives
  • Basic mechanical knowledge

Responsibilities Belt Splicer:

  • Install new conveyor belts
  • Perform hot and cold splicing and repairs
  • Diagnose and repair common conveyor belt issues
  • Conduct basic rigging
  • Replace and maintain conveyor components such as rollers, skirts, and scrapers
  • Perform conveyor system inspections and audits
  • Manufacture specialized components onsite and in the workshop

Responsibilities Rubber Liner

  • Proven experience as a rubber liner in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of rubber lining materials and application techniques
  • Apply rubber lining
  • Fabricating Rubber Socks
  • Apply rubber linings to tanks, pipes, and other industrial equipment.
  • Perform inspections and repairs on existing rubber linings.
  • Perform surface preparation through sandblasting to remove rust, paint, and other contaminants from various metal surfaces.
