InterAsia Outsource, Inc. (IOI) is a duly licensed overseas manpower and recruitment company registered with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), the executive department of the Philippine government tasked to protect the rights and promote the welfare of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). IOI has been operating since 2007 providing skilled and professional Filipino workers to countries in Japan, Africa, America, and Australia.
IOI has built its expertise in servicing the construction, oil & gas, mining, and resource industries and in the past 6 years, IOI has also been gaining ground in the manufacturing industry after it entered the Japanese market in 2015. Today, it continues to develop its presence in the healthcare, agriculture, hospitality and tourism industries as well as in other geographical markets.
IOI adheres to the standards set by the International Labor Organization (ILO) on ethical recruitment and has, as a policy, adopted the “Employer Pays Principle” and, consequently, does NOT charge any placement or processing fees to applicants.

Pre-Recruitment
Client’s manpower needs and requirements are formalized. Our Recruitment Team studies the qualifications and plans for sourcing, vetting, and deployment.
Recruitment
Recruitment procedure follows:
- Stage 1: Registration
- Stage 2: Sourcing and Third-Party Assessment.
- Stage 3: Vetting
- Stage 4: Offer Agreement
- Stage 5: Deployment
Post-Recruitment
Worker status is monitored and reported to the DMW. Contract Administration can also be provided to the client post recruitment:

- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Install and repair roof drainage systems, including gutters, flashings, capping, and downpipes
- Lay, secure, and align roof sheeting, cladding, and insulated panels
- Install wall cladding and standing seams
- Fit gutter brackets, concealed fixing clips, and other roof fittings
- Cut, measure, and prepare materials with accuracy
